Getting started

What is Lumora?

Lumora turns a Google Drive folder into a beautiful, shareable gallery for your clients. Paste a Drive link, and Lumora syncs the photos into a polished gallery page — with client selections, view analytics, and high-resolution delivery.

How do I create my first gallery?

Sign up for a free account, go to your dashboard, and click "New album." Paste the URL of a Google Drive folder (or a public sharing link), give the album a name, and Lumora will start syncing in the background. Your gallery is shareable as soon as the first photos arrive.

Does Lumora write to or modify my Drive files?

Never. Lumora only reads from your Drive folder. Your originals remain exactly as you left them — Lumora makes its own copy in fast cloud storage for delivery.

What photo formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, and WebP are fully supported. RAW files are recognized but delivered as-is (no in-browser preview). HEIC support is coming soon.

Drive sync

How long does syncing take?

Small galleries (under 200 photos) typically sync within a few minutes. Larger galleries may take 10–20 minutes on the free or Starter plan. Studio and Agency plans have priority sync — large jobs are queued first.

What happens if I add new photos to the Drive folder?

Lumora checks for changes periodically. New photos are picked up automatically and added to the gallery. You can also trigger a manual re-sync from the album settings page.

Can I sync a sub-folder or an individual file?

Yes — paste any public Drive folder link. Nested folders are flattened into the album by default; multi-album sorting from sub-folders is on the roadmap.

My sync seems stuck. What should I try?

First, confirm the Drive folder is shared so "anyone with the link" can view. Then try a manual re-sync from album settings. If the problem persists, email support@lumorapic.com with your album ID.

Sharing galleries

How do clients access my gallery?

Each album has a unique shareable link. You copy it and send it to your client — no Lumora account needed on their end. They visit the link, browse the gallery, mark favorites, and download their selects.

Can I password-protect a gallery?

Yes, on Studio and Agency plans. Enable a password from the album share settings — clients will be prompted before viewing.

Can I use my own domain for gallery links?

Custom domains are available on the Agency plan. Connect your domain in account settings and all gallery links will use your domain automatically.

Do gallery links expire?

Links stay active as long as the album exists and your account is in good standing. You can disable a share link at any time from album settings.

Can I control downloads and watermark delivered photos?

Yes. Each album has an "Allow downloads" switch (composed with each share link's own download setting — either off blocks downloads and the album ZIP). On the Agency plan you can also burn your signature or logo into the full-size photos guests view and download: configure the mark in account settings, then turn it on per album. Your own previews and thumbnails are never watermarked.

Content protection

What is "Enhanced content protection"?

Every Lumora gallery already includes a baseline deterrent against casual saving (image drag, right-click, and text selection are disabled, and developer tools are discouraged). Enhanced content protection adds a stronger capture deterrent on top of that on your image pages: the photos briefly blur when someone presses a screenshot shortcut, and they blur whenever the tab loses focus or is switched away. There is no visible mark over your photos. It is a paid-plan feature you do not have to configure.

Which plans include it, and how do I turn it on?

Enhanced content protection is included on the Studio and Agency plans. There is nothing to switch on — once your account is on a qualifying plan, it is automatically applied to your delivered galleries (your client share pages and your own album view). Upgrade from the Pricing page to enable it.

What will my clients and guests experience?

If a guest presses a screenshot shortcut, or switches to another app, the photos briefly blur. The gallery itself looks completely normal otherwise — there is no watermark or mark over the images. Browsing, favoriting, comparing, downloading (when you allow it), and the lightbox all keep working normally; the deterrent never blocks interaction.

Does this completely stop screenshots or screen recording?

No — and we want to be honest about that. No web technology can fully prevent screenshots or screen recording of ordinary images: the browser must hand the picture to the screen to display it (the "analog hole" — someone can always photograph the screen with another device). What this feature does is raise the effort and risk of leaking — it is a deterrent, not a guarantee of prevention. For the strongest control, also limit downloads per share and keep galleries password-protected.

Billing & payments

How does billing work?

Lumora uses manual bank transfer (VietinBank). When you upgrade, you'll see an order with a VietQR code and bank details. Transfer the exact amount with the reference code shown. Once your payment is verified, your plan activates.

How long does payment verification take?

Bank transfer verification usually takes about 10–20 minutes during business hours. If you need it faster, email support@lumorapic.com with your order reference code — we'll prioritize it.

Are prices in USD or VND?

All Lumora prices are in Vietnamese Đồng (VND). There are no hidden conversion fees or exchange-rate surprises.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you're unsatisfied within 7 days of a paid activation, contact support@lumorapic.com and we'll issue a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case.

What happens to my galleries if I downgrade?

Albums and photos that exceed the lower plan's limits become read-only — clients can still view and download, but you can't add new photos until you're within the limit or upgrade again.
